Two entries in one day... an astounding record.

Two entries in one day?!

I really love it when Quinn and I are in the "computer room/bedroom" at Dad's apartment, and he's on the floor reading his Pratchett book and I'm playing music and singing along with it and he doesn't yell at me to stop singing. I sing along with music all the time, but he always screams at me about it. I love to sing. Being here forces us to spend a lot of time together -- that is, when I'm here -- and a lot of the time at first we fought incessantly. We even got in fistfights, and he almost stabbed me with a pair of scissors. But now... we're calmer. He accepts my going home now and then if I bring him stuff he needs, like another book or his glasses case. I accept his telling me to stop singing if he doesn't mind me singing unobtrusively late, like now.

I kind of have a bone to pick with you. It's kind of a dumb thing that I guess didn't really matter, but when I hung up the phone I felt a little indignant about it. You can't go with me after planning to all week because you have to sew a dress, but then you can go to the aquarium?! Wtf?! I know you probably didn't sew on the drive. I don't get it. I'm kind of confused. I guess it doesn't really matter. I should just disregard it, I just really... I don't know. Never mind. Dumb things, all of it.

Grad parties were okay, but I don't really know what to talk about to most people, especially people I don't know. I spent like two and a half hours at Brina's house, and then about two at Paul's. At Brina's, we played basketball and badminton and DDR... at Paul's we sat in a gradually diminishing circle and played A Thousand Blank White Cards, a game where you make up the game and play. At varying points in the game, Paul was made to run laps around his house, speak Pig Latin for two turns, do jumping jacks, climb a tree, spend ten minutes (during which three people had to leave) speaking only with animal noises, and dance the hokey pokey. I had to wear my socks on my ears for a few turns. A kid ate one of the cards. Another had a black hole card which ate two cards every turn. It was pretty amusing. After the parties I came home and spent about an hour or so with mum. I hate it here, I want to go home.

I want an 18th birthday party. Heh. I want too much....

Hee hee.

I've tried for the past few days to write something, but I just can't seem to find the words. I don't know what to write about, what to say. I don't want to go to Shippensburg in a dry spell. I want to go ready to write, soaked in inspiration.

Hey, there's Randy.
